Charges and fees quoted are 24/7. Christmas and New Year's Day will have an extra surcharge added please ask for details.
​Payments
I accept payments in cash, card or bank transfer. I no longer accept payment by cheques. Payments to be paid at the end of each journey if paying by cash or card, bank transfers to be paid in advance. Invoices and receipts will be sent via email if required.
Booking Confirmation
I will confirm bookings by email or phone. Please review your booking and inform me of any errors or required alterations so they can be amended.

Errors made by the customer in dates or times will be charged in full if a vehicle has been dispatched.
Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance, Please note I am unable to take same day bookings I require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee may be applied if the customer fails to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If a vehicle has been dispatched the full fee will be charged.
